Join Haile Nottage for A HIIT dance fitness warmup to the sounds of Hip Hop, pop, Latin, & Afrobeats! This 30-min warmup is for everybody -- modify to make it your own! The only ask is that you come ready to move your body, step a little outside of your comfort zone, sweat a little, and laugh a lot! Come on!!
