We strive to host an inclusive, accessible event that enables all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. Please visit our accessibility page to view all resources. To request an accommodation or for additional inquiries about accessibility, please email blkoutboulderfest@gmail.com.
Our bunkhouses are a shared space featuring four sets of bunkbeds. There could be up to 8 individuals in a bunkhouse. The bunkhouses are heated and may be locked at night when all bunkmates are in the room. We have accessible bunkhouses so please indicate those needs when registering. You must bring your own bedding for the bunkhouse. We suggest a light sheet set or a lightweight sleeping bag + pillow.
We do not rent out crash pads but our team of volunteers will be setting up our pads at various areas of the crag for festival attendees to use.
If you want to rent your own crash pad, we recommend contacting our partners The Crash Pad.
This event is rain or shine. If it rains, we will NOT climb on wet sandstone. All festival attendees can use their festival wristband to get access to free climbing at High Point Chattanooga Downtown.
