In this workshop, we'll unpack what a plateau really is and explore the mental side of feeling "stuck", which is often riddled with pressure, motivation loss, and/or frustration. You'll learn how to navigate these barriers with more awareness and clarity, so you can move through this phase and come out stronger on the other side.
