  • When and where is this festival being held?
    This festival in Chattanooga, Tennessee every November.
  • When will tickets go on sale?
    There will be a cycle of invitation-only tickets before being made available to the public on July 1st. Once the event is public, it is open to anyone for registration. We cannot guarantee the availability of tickets after the invitation-only registration concludes.
  • Do I have to identify as a Black to attend this festival?
    No. This festival centers and celebrates Black climbers. Allies are welcome to join in that celebration.
  • How old do I have to be to attend this festival?
    This festival is for those aged 18+ by the first day of the festival. Local Chattanooga youths may participate in select festival activities through our community partnerships.

    Pets are not allowed on festival grounds.If you have a service animal, please contact us so we can recommend best lodging options.

  • What is your cancellation or refund policy?
    You can cancel your registration for a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of booking. We permit ticket transfers within 30 days of the festival.
  • What is included with my festival ticket?

  • What can I expect from "bunkhouse" lodging?
    Our bunkhouses are a shared space featuring four sets of bunkbeds. There could be up to 8 individuals in a bunkhouse. The bunkhouses are heated and may be locked at night when all bunkmates are in the room. We have accessible bunkhouses so please indicate those needs when registering. You must bring your own bedding for the bunkhouse. We suggest a light sheet set or a lightweight sleeping bag + pillow.
  • Will there be crash pads available for rent?
    We do not rent out crash pads but our team of volunteers will be setting up our pads at various areas of the crag for festival attendees to use. If you want to rent your own crash pad, we recommend contacting our partners The Crash Pad.
  • What happens if it rains?
    This event is rain or shine. If it rains, we will NOT climb on wet sandstone. All festival attendees can use their festival wristband to get access to free climbing at High Point Chattanooga Downtown.
